Vinyasa Gentle Flow
Vinyasa Yoga means to coordinate breath with movement. This classes is great for beginners, however even the experienced yogi can benefit from learning how to slow down their practice and really get into the breath work and healing aspects of yoga .
This class allows you to embark on a journey of fun and functional fitness using the hottest trend. While sculpting your body, building healthier joints, enhancing mobility, it still uses a mindful approach. This class will help you create stability with movement, while maintaining the mind-body connection in a safe and effective program.
Yin yoga
Yin yoga improves the energy flow to our organs. To be healthy we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits. Yin yoga consist of holding several asanas (poses) for approximately 5 minutes along with breathing techniques.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. The main focus is that by relaxing in poses, with the aids of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga helps calm the mind and the body with a passive stretch.
Barre Bootcamp
A fitness class for all levels designed to strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body while combining 1 1/2 minute intervals of cardio. Class will end with a melt and a short meditation read.
Yoga Strength
A hybrid fitness program created to develop strength and endurance throughout and the major muscle groups. Using hand weights to safely enhance muscle tone and definition while achieving overall feeling of mind/body strength.
Basic Barre
A class suitable for ALL fitness levels. This class produces lengthening and chiseling results fast using small isolated holds with tiny movements. Expect a challenge but expect to feel calmly energized. This class focuses on all the major muscle groups including arms, legs, glutes, and core.
Tabata Barre
A class that combines basic barre with short intervals of cardio: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. This class works every muscle and you will leave feeling worked and refreshed.
